If there is a problem, please email jordanne@jordannefineart.com or call 808 563 0088 immediately if there are any problems with your order. If you are not satisfied for any reason, Jordanne Fine Art Studio will refund the cost of the purchased item, if it is not damaged upon return. Shipping charges are non-refundable except if the shipping error was made by Jordanne Fine Art Studio.
Returns
The consumer must email prior to shipping a return order to receive instructions and proper arrangements. Please emailjordanne@jordannefineart.com.
Damaged Returns
Jordanne Fine Art Studio will take returns as long as they are not damaged. Therefore, if you return an item, Jordanne Fine Art Studio will put it back in inventory as long as it is not damaged. If it comes back damaged then either you may have Jordanne Fine Art Studio return the damaged item back to you at no charge or the Studio will refund 50% of the purchase price of the item(s), or the Studio will offer you store credit for 50% of the purchase price of the item(s).
Jordanne Fine Art Studio suggest insuring all returns to avoid damaged-in-transit losses.
