Magestic Upcountry Sunrise Sunset, original maui painting

SOLD. This is the first original Maui Hawaiian oil painting of this series in this size. Sunsets are a special part of Maui and being on vacation! The memories of all your special sunset moments are times in my life I wish I could hold forever in my mind. I personally love when the sun is backlit behind the trees where there is a story to be found through the shadows to the light. The amount of color variation and glow to the edges of the trees and leaves are extremely deliberately placed. If there is too much, the painting is lacking and the personal viewing experience is therefore, a waste. I hope that you love these pieces as much as I do. This piece is powerful, strong, pleasing, and just incredible.
